The purpose of this session is to take you on a journey through the Epicor Sales Processing. This business-case driven session is going to introduce you to the management of prospects venturing into marketing and CRM. You will learn about advanced use of the Opportunity/Quote Entry including workflows and price calculations for various types of items. Then you'll fully understand available methods to convert a quote into order and all the choices you have on order fulfillment at the order release level.

At the conclusion of this lab, you will be able to:

  • Create and manage Marketing Campaigns and Events
  • Record-, and interact with a Prospect
  • Generate and export Marketing Lists
  • Register an Opportunity
  • Complete Tasks on the Opportunity from Engineering to Pricing.
  • Boost planning effectiveness with the use of Salesperson Pipeline
  • Convert a Quote to Order using both the push-, and the pull method
  • Finalize delivery dates and fulfillment methods on the Order Entry.
